These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Stash, a personal savings-goal and budgeting iOS app developed by Ferda Nahit Fidancı. By installing or using the app you agree to be bound by these Terms and by Apple's standard EULA.
1. Not financial advice
Stash is a personal money-tracking and budgeting tool for your own organisation and motivation. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and it is not a bank or a regulated financial service. All amounts and goals are self-reported by you and are not connected to any bank account, card, or institution. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
2. Apple's standard EULA
Stash is licensed under Apple's standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. The provisions below supplement (and where they conflict, supersede) Apple's EULA only to the extent permitted by Apple's developer agreement.
3. License to use the app
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use Stash on Apple devices that you own or control. The license permits personal, non-commercial use only.
4. Stash Plus
- Plans: Stash Plus is offered as a monthly subscription (USD 2.99/month), an annual subscription (USD 19.99/year), and a one-time lifetime purchase (USD 49.99). Prices vary by region and are shown in your local currency at checkout.
- Free tier: Stash is free to use with up to 3 active goals. Stash Plus unlocks unlimited goals, auto-save on every goal, and deeper analytics and insights. Specific perks may evolve over time.
- Auto-renewal: the monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage and cancel via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Lifetime: the lifetime option is a one-time purchase that grants Plus features for the lifetime of the app; it does not auto-renew.
- Payment: charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Refunds: handled by Apple per their standard policy. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Your data and backups
Your goals, income, expenses, and transactions are stored only on your device (see our Privacy Policy). Because Stash does not sync to the cloud, deleting the app deletes your data permanently and it cannot be recovered by us. You are responsible for any backups you wish to keep.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app beyond what Apple permits.
- Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
- Attempt to bypass paywalls or unlock paid features without an active entitlement.
- Resell or sublicense the app.
7. Intellectual property
All app content — including the app code, design, branding, and copy — is the intellectual property of Ferda Nahit Fidancı or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Your use of the app does not grant ownership of any content.
8. Service availability and changes
We provide the app on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. Subscription validation depends on third-party infrastructure (RevenueCat, Apple); brief outages do not constitute a service breach.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of calculations, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the app will be free of bugs.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, savings, or revenues, or any financial decisions made using the app, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Stash Plus in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases. Provisions intended to survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) do.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction applies.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
